A “Certificate of Excellence” will
be provided to each winning chapter. Each chapter meeting all of the criteria
for an award will receive a certificate.
More than one chapter can
win each award and each chapter can win many awards.
All awards must be postmarked
by June 1.
The Division Vice President
is responsible for maintaining chapter information throughout the year, calculating awards, and providing certificates at
the Annual Meeting to winners.

The purpose of redesigning the Awards
program are to streamline the awards, to remove the complicated forms, to further align chapter goals with those of the Division
and Headquarters, and to bring the awards up to date and eliminate overlapping.

Each Chapter President has been issued
a printable copy listing the requirements and explanations of each award.
Included is the form to be used for submission to the Division Vice-President, along with supporting documentation to
be attached with the form.
